Overcoming persistent inequities in society requires bold solutions. Lack of access to wealth creation opportunities disproportionally impacts racial minorities and has become even more apparent during the COVID-19 pandemic. This timely panel promises to be an invigorating opportunity to hear from some of the leading figures pushing for employee ownership.
