A leading authority on corporate governance and corporate leadership, Jeffrey Sonnenfeld is currently the Senior Associate Dean of Leadership Programs and the Lester Crown Professor in the Practice of Management at the Yale School of Management. Mr. Sonnenfeld is also the founder and president of the Chief Executive Leadership Institute, a nonprofit educational and research institute focused on CEO leadership and corporate governance. Professor Sonnenfeld's research has been published in 100 scholarly articles and he has authored eight books. Business Week labeled him one of the ten most influential global business scholars and the NACD listed him among the 100 most influential voices in governance. A commentator for CNBC, his columns appear regularly in: The Wall Street Journal; Fortune; the Washington Post; and Chief Executive Magazine.
