Brady Dougan spent more than 30 years in the traditional financial services industry, including 24 years at Credit Suisse which culminated in him serving 8 years as the CEO. During his time at CS, Mr. Dougan built, supervised, or managed a broad cross section of its most complex businesses and worked a decade or more in each of North America, Europe and Asia. He never had a losing quarter in a business that he managed, with the exception of Q4 2008 when Credit Suisse significantly outperformed its peers. As CEO, Mr. Dougan led CS through the Global Financial Crisis and was recognized as one of the top performers in the industry. Upon leaving CS, Mr. Dougan started Exos Financial with the ambition of leveraging the dramatic advances in technology and data science to build the 'investment bank of the future'.
