Ralph Haupter is president of Microsoft Asia. Haupter leads a region comprising 17 subsidiaries supporting 42 territories and countries, with over 20,000 highly-dedicated employees and more than 100,000 invaluable Microsoft partners. Passionate about empowering Asia’s digital ambitions, he envisions a near future where AI is accessible and valuable to every individual and organization, enabling us to work, live, learn and play better and smarter. He loves engaging directly with customers, partners and governments across Asia to help accelerate their digital transformation. Now based in Singapore, prior to his current role, Haupter spent four years in Beijing as Corporate Vice-President, Chairman, and CEO of Microsoft Greater China Region. A German national, Haupter was previously the CEO of Microsoft Germany and held regional leadership roles with Microsoft in Western Europe during his 14 years with the company.
