Nobuyuki Kinoshita is the President and CEO of the Tokyo Financial Exchange Inc. (TFX). Under his leadership, TFX responds to the needs of investors and promotes the development of new financial products. As an advanced exchange, TFX contributes to the growth of financial markets in Japan and constructs a reliable and leading market infrastructure. Previously, Mr. Kinoshita was Secretary General of the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission under the Financial Services Agency, Executive Director of Bank of Japan, and most recently, Senior Advisor to Aflac Life Insurance Japan Ltd. Mr. Kinoshita holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Tokyo, and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Tsukuba.
