Morris Mark is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Mark Asset Management, and Mark Partners. He leads an investment process which focuses on intense and continuous research. Morris has over 35 years of institutional research, professional investment, and risk control expertise. Prior to founding Mark Partners and Mark Asset Management, Morris was a senior institutional analyst, and a member of the risk arbitrage department, at Goldman Sachs. As an analyst, he was voted on to Institutional Investor magazine's All Star Team each year that he was at Goldman Sachs. Morris holds a BA in Economics cum laude from Brooklyn College and a JD from Harvard Law School. In addition to his ongoing philanthropic activities, Morris was formerly chairman of the investment advisory division of Federation UJA. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Harvard Law School.
