Mark Holden serves as SR VP & General Counsel of Koch Industries, Inc., Retired. Mark began his career with Koch in 1995 as a litigation attorney. He serves as SR VP of Stand Together Chamber of Commerce, Inc., Chairman of the Americans for Prosperity Foundation Board, and Board Member of Americans for Prosperity. Other honors include the Prison Fellowship Charles Colson Advocate Of Hope Award in 2018 & the 2019 Margaret Mead Award from the International Communities Corrections Association. Mark earned a bachelor’s degree cum laude in political science from the University of Massachusetts. He earned his law degree from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, where he was an associate editor of the Catholic University Law Review.
