Abhinav Sinha is the Global Chief Operating Officer at OYO Hotels and Homes, South Asia's largest, one of China's top three, and the world's fastest growing chain of hotels, homes and living spaces. At OYO, he is responsible for delivering great customer experience, building the organization and planning and supervising OYO's growth across India and global territories. He joined OYO in 2014 and has played an instrumental role in expanding OYO's chain of hotels from just one city (Gurgaon) in 2014 to now over 450,000 rooms and over 13,000 properties across ten markets - India, Indonesia, China, Nepal, Malaysia, The U.K., The U.A.E., Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Philippines and Japan. Abhinav started his career at ITC Limited, where he spent four years in roles spanning across operations, production planning and quality control. Leading large projects and working closely with the top leadership of some of the most respected companies, he believes strategy, innovation, talent, and operational discipline are key to help scale a business. Abhinav has completed his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School in General Management.
