Dr. Youssef Boutros-Ghali is the Chairman of Nationbuilders Capital, a private equity firm focused on select African markets. Previously, he was Egypt's Minister of Finance from July 2004 to January 2011, and Chairman of the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) of the International Monetary Fund from October 2008 until January 2011. He served across several ministerial positions in successive Egyptian governments from 1993 to 2004. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cairo and a Ph.D. in macroeconomics from MIT.
