David L. Miller is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Global Markets division, based in New York. He is the Global Head of Credit, Head of Global Credit Products and a member of the Global Markets Management Committee. Additionally, David co-Heads Global Markets, Americas. Prior to his current role, David was Global Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets and US Co-Head of Syndicated Loan Capital Markets. He also previously served as Co-Head of Fixed Income Americas from 2013 - 2015. During 2009 and 2010, David operated within the Wind Down Organization, focusing on legacy CMBS and real estate loan distributions in the U.S. and Europe. In 2008, he oversaw distribution of Credit Suisse's Global Leveraged Finance underwriting portfolio. Prior to 2004, David worked in Credit Suisse's Los Angeles office in various loan origination and banking roles. David joined Credit Suisse in November 2000 when the bank merged with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). At DLJ he served as a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office, focusing on senior debt and bridge loan origination and execution. David received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University.
