Elisa Minischetti is the Vice President for the Digital Transformation Division, Asia and Oceania, at MUFG. In this role, Elisa supports the bank's efforts in bringing financial inclusion and transparency along the agricultural value chain, working with partners to achieve that. Prior to MUFG, Elisa worked at Yara, spearheading the market intelligence and business readiness efforts for their digital agricultural solutions. Elisa also consulted for the IFC (part of the WorldBank) in Myanmar on digital financial services, and spent almost 5 years at the GSMA helping mobile operators increase the penetration of their mobile money services among underserved segments of the population, primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa. Elisa Holds a Master Degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and has lived in 7 countries and 4 continents.
