To produce the highest quality product, we need to balance work with rest and downtime. This workshop will explore nature's cycles, including our own, through a yogic lens. Learning to ride our individual circadian rhythms optimizes our performance quantity and quality. We will learn a number of micro-rest and nervous system reset practices that can be done anywhere throughout the day.
