So much exciting innovation is coming down the pipeline, ranging from powerful and potentially preventive cancer diagnostics to possibly curative cell and gene therapies. But innovation means nothing without access, and barriers to access for many patients—particularly for communities already underserved and lacking access to high-quality care—are real. What policy and payment changes must be made to ensure we all have access to the best that medicine has to offer?
