Tiffany Rolle, PhD

Tiffany Rolle, PhD, is a senior associate at the Center for Strategic Philanthropy. As a geneticist, her expertise lies in biomedical research, science education and communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management. At the Milken Institute, her work will primarily focus on supporting partner programs, research analysis, and project-specific reports that guide philanthropic initiatives. Foundations and philanthropist partners collaborate across the Center to develop and influence various scientific areas for meaningful impact on health and science policies. Before joining the institute, Rolle was a project coordinator at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, advising new educational strategies for training and internships. She also worked as a science education and engagement fellow with the American Society of Human Genetics and the National Human Genome Research Institute to develop scientific resources and partnerships with the translational genetic research community. Rolle holds a bachelor’s degree in forensic science from Virginia Commonwealth University and a doctorate in genetics and genomics from Baylor College of Medicine
