As part of Summer Series 2020, CNBC’s Julia Boorstin moderated a discussion between EY’s Carmine Di Sibio, Siemens Corporation’s Barbara Humpton, and Visa’s Alfred Kelly, Jr. on effective leadership during turbulent times.

Along with explaining their companies’ respective responses to COVID-19 and lockdown, the panel addressed George Floyd and Black Lives Matter, and the steps that need to be taken to improve diversity in the workplace.
