Leadership, as it's said, is borne out of experience and exposure. But global trends and technological disruptions have demanded new and intentional rethinking of what it means to be a leader. Indeed, the digital age has placed today's leaders under more scrutiny and accountability from their organizations and from the public. It has also provided them with more information to predict future trends across industries and across the world. In this context, how have the principles of leadership changed? Are we in an era of a new set of leadership characteristics? What's needed for today's leaders to succeed and how different is it from the past?
