Anna Murphy is a senior associate with both the Global Markets Development team. Prior to joining the Milken Institute, Murphy worked as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Riverton City, Utah, developing community outreach initiatives and strengthening relationships to better serve the people of Riverton City. Murphy also provided administrative support to the Mayor and city council members of Riverton City, Utah. Before working in city government, Murphy worked with the Sutherland Institute, a state-based policy institute, doing research on education policy to provide more educational choice to students. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, and works at the Institute’s Washington D.C. office.
