James Uruba is the chief compliance officer and head of enterprise risk at Marstone. Prior to Marstone, Uruba was at American Express for 12 years with various management roles, including marketing, risk, and privacy officer of the International Consumer Division. Uruba was also a management consultant at PwC and AIG. James has a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from Columbia University.
