Korea made its mark on the global stage building numerous leading industry and high-tech companies. But if Korea is to continue to experience strong growth in the years ahead, it needs to address structural and regulatory challenges in order to unlock more investment capital and support the next generation of entrepreneurial-led innovation. With the Korean government's current efforts to join the various indices, including the MSCI Developed Markets Indexes and the FTSE World Government Bond Index, investors can expect positive changes in the investment environment.
