Sarah Ortner

Sarah Ortner is an associate director with Milken Institute Finance. She focuses on the Institute’s Excellence and Equity in Public Finance initiatives, with a portfolio that includes climate resilience, community infrastructure deployment, and emerging markets. Before joining the Milken Institute, Ortner worked in campaign finance and nonprofit development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and an MPA in Public Finance and Public-Private Policy from George Washington University.
