Tad Smith was the President & CEO of Sotheby’s until he sold the company in October 2019. Since then, he has been focused on investments and philanthropy while he reflects on his next chapter. Prior to Sotheby’s, he was President & CEO of the Madison Square Garden Company after many years in all aspects of media and entertainment. He is also an Adjunct Professor of NYU Stern Business School. He serves as an investor and board member of Verishop, the Los Angeles-based, eCommerce company.
