Gwendoline Darguste

Financial Officer, Central Bank of Haiti; IFC-Milken Institute Alum, Class of 2018

Gwen is a financial officer at the Central Bank of Haiti for the external debt service of the International Affairs department. She is currently working at the Bank’s external debt department and is part of its Capital Market Development Committee. During college, Gwen interned for the Caribbean Central American Action (CCAA) which is a private, independent organization located in Washington DC, which promotes private sector-led economic development in the Caribbean Basin and throughout the Hemisphere. She has also interned at the National Bank of Credit, the third biggest commercial bank in Haiti, where she evaluated its relative performance to competitors. As part of the IFC-Milken Institute Capital Markets Program Class of 2018, Gwen interned with IFC Treasury in Washington, D.C.
