Kim Pegula is the Co-Owner and President of the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres and became the first female to hold both positions for an NHL and NFL team. Kim along with her husband Terry's sports ownership also extends to the NLL Buffalo Bandits and Rochester Knighthawks, and the AHL Rochester Americans. Kim currently serves on the NFL's Fan Engagement and Major Events Advisory Committee, Business Ventures Committee, Workplace Diversity Committee, and NFL Foundation Committee. She currently serves on the NHL Board of Governors, the Hockey Hall of Fame and Museum Board of Directors, and is co-chair of the NHL's Diversity and Inclusion Council with commissioner Gary Bettman. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Republic Services Group, a recycling and waste industry leader and Fortune 500 company.
