Irina Novoselsky is the Chief Executive Officer of CareerBuilder. Since joining the company’s leadership team in 2018, she has led the company’s digital transformation from a legacy job board advertising business to a subscription SaaS business supporting job seekers and employers with AI-driven solutions. Prior to CareerBuilder, Novoselsky served as president of Novitex and transformed it from a declining document services business to a growing, tech-enabled, digital services company. She was named Female Executive of the Year by Stevie® Award for Women in Business in 2014 and 2015, recognized in Crain’s 40 Under 40 in 2018, and was named to World Business Chicago’s Board of Directors in 2020. Irina is a regular contributor to Bloomberg, Fox Business News, and CNBC. She graduated magna cum laude from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
