Robert Bradway

Robert Bradway is chairman and CEO of Amgen. He has held several senior positions at Amgen, including president, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Amgen, he was a managing director at Morgan Stanley in London, where he was responsible for the firm's banking department and corporate finance activities in Europe. Earlier, he worked as a health-care industry investment banker for Morgan Stanley in New York. He is on the board of Norfolk Southern Corp. as well as its audit and governance committees. Bradway also serves on the board of trustees of the University of Southern California and the advisory board of the Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics at USC. He is the chairman of the CEO Roundtable on Cancer, a nonprofit organization comprised of executives founded to bring solutions to cancer treatment and prevention. Bradway has a bachelor's degree in biology from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
