Vivek Ramaswamy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Roivant Sciences and the author of the forthcoming book Wokenomics: Inside Corporate's America's Social Justice Scam (Center Street – Hachette: 2021). He has recently published several op-eds on stakeholder capitalism including “The ‘Stakeholders’ vs. the People” and “Antitrust Can’t Bust a Monopoly of Ideas” in The Wall Street Journal and “End Corporate Privilege by Limiting Limited Liability” in Newsweek. Mr. Ramaswamy graduated summa cum laude in Biology from Harvard College and began his career as a successful biotech investor and partner at QVT, a New York hedge fund. He continued to work as an investor while earning his law degree at Yale Law School, where he was a recipient of the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship. In 2020, Mr. Ramaswamy served on Ohio’s coronavirus task force. Mr. Ramaswamy also serves on the board of directors of The Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, a nonpartisan think tank focused on expanding economic opportunity to those who least have it. In 2020, he emerged as a prominent national commentator on issues relating to shared American identity, appearing on Fox Business, Tucker Carlson Tonight, and other forums.
