In October of 2015, Butler released his first book, Tuff Juice: My Journey from the Streets to the NBA, where he shares his incredible story from his upbringing in Racine, Wisc. to ultimate success in the NBA. From a young gang member to a dedicated community leader, accomplished professional athlete, devoted humanitarian, and family man, Butler overcame adversity to defy all odds. His knowledge and articulation of the game of basketball has led him to a second career as a commentator. He is the host of his own podcast and radio show. Above all else, Butler is a proud father and dedicated husband. His motto is "family first" and exemplifies that through his unwavering commitment to his wife Andrea and five children.
