Ken Sagynbekov

Ken Sagynbekov

Ken Sagynbekov is Economist at the Milken Institute's Research Department. He is also Co-founder of I & W Consulting, a data analytics firm focusing on criminal justice system solutions. His areas of expertise include economics of health, economics of crime, and public choice theory. He is a member of the scientific advisory board to the Ministry of Justice, Policing and Corrections, Saskatchewan and a fellow at the Collaborative Centre for Justice and Safety in Saskatchewan, Canada. Previously he was professor of economics at the University of Regina, Canada and at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, UAE. He holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Mississippi and B.Sc. in Finance from Clemson University.
