Jim Gray

Jim Gray is a sportscaster for Showtime, Fox and WestwoodOne Radio. He has been a network television and national cable sportscaster since 1983. His career highlights include live TV or radio broadcasts of nine Olympic Games, 25 NFL Super Bowls, nine World Series, 19 NBA Finals, 25 NCAA Final Fours, 22 Masters golf tournaments and hundreds of championship boxing matches. Gray has reported on thousands of games and events in his career and has hosted a number of high-profile prime-time specials. He has won awards, including 11 national Emmys for journalism and reporting. He has been named by USA Today as "Sports Reporter of the Year" 12 times and was named one of the "50 Greatest All-Time Sportscasters" by historian David Halberstam. Gray has conducted thousands of interviews, including sessions with Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev and every U.S. president since Nixon. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
