Elif Bilgi Zapparoli is co-head of Global Capital Markets since June 2018. Elif joined the firm in 2010 as country executive of Turkey, headed CEEMEA Investment Banking and Global Sovereign Wealth Funds Coverage, was named co-head of Asia Pacific Global Corporate & Investment Banking in 2016. Prior to that, she was the chairman of EFG Istanbul Securities, a company she founded. In 2004, Elif was identified as one of the 100 Global Leaders for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. Elif holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from Brown University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Elif is a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Aktiengesellschaft. She is a trustee at Robert College. Elif is on the Global Advisory Council of Harvard University.
