Gabriela Citrone

Gabriela Citrone is the Director of Initiatives at the Citrone 33 Foundation. From investing in education to health and human service programs, the foundation is focused on examining the needs of communities and engaging their resources and the right organizations to address those needs to assure successful impact. Currently, her key focus is promoting mental wellness across Pittsburgh, PA through a city-wide movement that brings together community leaders in a high-profile campaign. Her work has included the launch of Protect The Cups, an initiative advocating the importance of early detection in breast and prostate cancer and developing Women at Elon: Moving Philanthropy Forward, a conference to recognize the impact of women on philanthropy through service and charitable giving. In partnership with PSI and with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Gabriela is a founding member of MaverickNext, a fellowship which aims to revolutionize access to reproductive healthcare for girls and young women across the globe. She also serves on the Pink Agenda Leadership Council, Elon University Young Alumni Council, and is an active member of the Children's Trust at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
