Debbie Wosskow

Debbie Wosskow is the co-founder of AllBright, a social club and digital collective for women in business. Debbie is best known for her successes in launching and scaling business in the areas of digital disruption and female empowerment.  In 2011, Wosskow came up with the idea for her company, Love Home Swap, which sold to Wyndham Destination Networks for $53m in July 2017. Dubbed as the ‘Airbnb for grown-ups’, the successful business model earned her an OBE for her contribution to British business. Her passion for business began at a young age as she won a Young Enterprise Award at just 15 years old and founded her first successful, profitable business at 25 years old. Debbie is a member of the Mayors of London’s Business Advisory Board and sits on the Board of Women’s Prize for Fiction. She was shortlisted for City AM’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2017 and won the Evening Standard’s Business Award for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018. In an effort to help female entrepreneurs, Wosskow acts as an Angel Investor in primarily female-founded companies. As co-founder of AllBright, Wosskow’s dedication and passion for improving the gender imbalances in the field of entrepreneurship remains prominent.
