Camilla Cavendish is Senior Fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School, weekly oped columnist at the Financial Times and an independent peer in the UK House of Lords. She was Director of the Prime Minister's Policy Unit under David Cameron, responsible for creating and implementing policy across government. She is the author of the forthcoming book "Extra Time" Ten Lessons for an Ageing World", which will be published by Harper Collins on May 2.
