Erkin Adylov is the leading innovator at the intersection of AI and Finance. He is the founder and CEO of Behavox; the people analytics company that gathers and interprets employee data in financial institutions and investment firms. The company uses cutting edge software and machine learning to generate previously unidentifiable insights into employee behavior and performance. Under Erkin's leadership, Behavox has been recognized by renowned companies such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud for its achievements in AI, big data analytics and machine learning. Behavox has been included in the Forbes FinTech 50, CB Insights AI 100 and Tech Nation's prestigious Future 50 program. Prior to founding Behavox in 2014, Erkin worked in the highest levels of finance; first as an equities analyst at Goldman Sachs, and then as a partner at Man GLG, a leading investment management firm. He has also been involved in three start-up businesses as a co-founder and an investor. Erkin resides in New York City with his wife and children.
