Linda Cai joined Loyal Valley Capital in 2017 as a Co-Founding Partner. In addition to firm strategy setting, institutionalization and large deal consultancy, she also spends time supervising global investor relations and serves as the CFO/COO at the firm. She has over 15 years of private equity investment experience both in direct investment and fund investment. Before joining LVC, Linda served as the Head of Cross-Border Investments at Hony Capital for more than five years. Prior to this, Linda was the Head of China for Partners Group with a key mandate to establish the firm's presence in China while leading the establishment of the Beijing Office. Linda joined Partners Group in 2005 after holding various private equity and marketing positions across the United States and China. She received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a M.S in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
