Mr. Takafumi Horie is Founder and Director of Interstellar Technologies Inc. Interstellar Technologies started development in 2005 with sponsorship by Mr. Horie, who was then president of Livedoor Co. Ltd. He also launched MOMO, the first sounding rocket to reach into space as a private company development in Japan. He is currently developing a nano-launcher named "ZERO" that can orbit nano/micro satellites. Mr. Horie is originally from Fukuoka, Japan.
