Mike has held leadership roles in three of the most important technology companies over the past twelve years: Facebook, Twitter and Uber. At Facebook and later Twitter, Mike joined the companies with 200-300 employees to build and run the Corporate Development function and was responsible for dozens of acquisition and strategic partnerships at the earliest stage of development of social media. More recently Mike spent 4.5 years building Uber's Asia-Pacific operations growing and overseeing a team of two into a team of nearly two thousand employees and five billion dollars of bookings. Mike had overall responsibility for P&L, strategy, government relations and people. Mike has been an active investor in and Advisor to dozens of Silicon Valley young companies. Mike loves empowering and clearing obstacles for transformative young entrepreneurs. Mike earned an MBA from Stanford where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and an undergraduate degree with Honors from Yale.
