Noemi Donoso is executive vice president of Wonderful Education for The Wonderful Company, which has invested millions of dollars to provide youth in California's Central Valley with experiences and opportunities that lead them to a promising future. In her present role, Dr. Donoso has expanded the company's college scholarship program to serve students from 9th grade through college completion; grown Wonderful College Prep Academy, a free public college-prep charter school for grades K-12; and designed an early-college career prep program, Wonderful Agriculture Career Prep, to train students for high-skilled jobs by combining advanced STEM-focused college coursework with technical on-the-job training. Prior to Wonderful, Noemi served as chief education officer for Chicago Public Schools, where she oversaw 380,000 students across 500 schools.
