Michael A. Davis began his law enforcement career in 1994, as a police officer with the Alton Police Department.  Mr. Davis entered service with Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in 1999. In 2009, Mr. Davis was promoted to Group Supervisor and transferred to the Little Rock District Office where he supervised a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force Group. In 2015, Mr. Davis was reassigned to DEA Headquarters, Office of Inspections, as an Inspector.  During his time there, Mr. Davis inspected DEA’s domestic, foreign and headquarters offices to determine compliance with Department of Justice/DEA’s policies and procedures.  In September 2016, Mr. Davis was promoted to Senior Inspector in the Office of Inspections where he led an Inspection Team.  In November 2017, Mr. Davis was transferred to the Los Angeles Field Division where he was assigned to the Los Angeles HIDTA Southern California Drug Task Force.  In this capacity, Mr. Davis supervises 55 Special Agents, Task Force Officers, Intelligence Analysts, and support personnel operating within Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties conducting complex regional, national and international investigations.
