Akshay Naheta is a Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers. Prior to joining SoftBank Group, Mr. Naheta was the Founder and Managing Partner of Knight Assets & Co., an investment manager focused on arbitrage and value investing. Prior to forming Knight Assets in 2011, Mr. Naheta worked at Deutsche Bank AG in various trading and structuring roles from 2005 to 2010. He was the Head of Principal Strategies responsible for proprietary trading and structured deals, managing risk across various asset classes globally. Mr. Naheta received an S.M. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2004. He graduated with a B.S., highest honors, in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2003. Mr. Naheta is on the Board of Directors of Auto1 Group, Bakkt Holdings and Roivant Sciences.
