The world continues to grapple with the horrors and aftermath of the October 7th terrorist attacks, including ongoing violence in the region and continued uncertainty about the welfare of hostages. In the period since the attacks, another challenge has arisen: a new era of open anti-Semitism the world has not witnessed in decades. From university campuses to K-12 public schools to the realms of social and traditional media, some of today’s messages would have been unthinkable just a year ago. What are the most effective approaches to combatting this uprising of hate? How can we ensure educational institutions are teaching children and young adults a fact-based version of events while allowing for robust and diverse dialogue? How do we rebuild accord and understanding?
