Ray Joseph is the Chief Investment Officer for the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension Funds. Before LAFPP, Ray worked as a vice president with an investment consulting firm and a director with an investment bank in New York. Ray served as the Chief Investment Officer for the Special Trustee with the U.S. Interior and Treasury Departments. Ray also served as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer and the Chief Investment Officer for New Jersey's Division of Investment. Before New Jersey, Ray was the Chief Investment Officer for Verizon Information Services' pension fund. Ray is a member of the investment committee for Triphammer Ventures I and III, completed a B.S. in Finance at SUNY Buffalo, and an M.B.A. at Cornell University.
