Rachel Krausman

Rachel Krausman is the Vice President for Strategy and Partnerships for ProMedica’s National Social Determinants of Health Institute. ProMedica is a leading health and wellbeing organization, based in Toledo, OH, with operations in almost 30 states. Rachel leads ProMedica’s strategy development and partnerships portfolio to drive transformational healthcare sector change by investing in the development, evaluation, and scaling of SDOH interventions and strategies. Rachel also leads ProMedica’s SDOH Consulting and Advisory practice to support other health systems, health plans, municipal agencies, and non-profits to launch and enhance programs and strategies to address social drivers of health. Rachel's background is primarily in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining the ProMedica team, Rachel led the nationwide network of 211 agencies for United Way Worldwide where she focused on driving the network’s digital transformation, developing cross-sector partnerships that expanded service delivery, and significantly increasing public awareness about and usage of the vital 211 service, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also spent several years at the American Red Cross leading national programs.
