Kaan Gunay is the Founder and CEO of Firefly, the largest global mobility-based advertising network focused on cars generating over 3 billion Monthly impressions. Firefly is backed by some of the world’s best investors including Google Ventures, NfX and Stanford University’s Endowment. Prior to starting Firefly, Kaan was a fellow at Venture Capital Firms Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and spent several years as an investor at the Hedge Fund Bracebridge Capital. Kaan holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University where he achieved the highest-grade point average in his class. Kaan is originally Turkish.
