Ashish Koshy

Ashish Koshy is the CEO of Inception (a G42 company), with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale AI and technology initiatives across industries. He drives the development of AI-powered solutions through strategic public-private partnerships, helping accelerate innovation and societal impact. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, Ashish leads national programs and ensures Inception remains at the forefront of AI advancement. Before Inception, Ashish served as the Group COO at M42. Prior to that, he was the CEO and founding member of G42 Healthcare where he transformed the company from a rapidly growing start-up into a regional healthcare leader and played an integral part in the landmark merger with Mubadala Health to form M42.

Ashish also chairs the board of Malaffi, the region's first unified health information exchange, promoting preventive, patient-centered care. Recognized by Forbes and Fast Company Middle East for his leadership in AI and healthcare, he holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and an MSc from Middlesex University, UK.
