DeWalt has held more than 40 board of director roles at companies including Delta Airlines where he has served as Chairman of Safety & Security for more than a decade, and Exelon Corporation, the largest energy company in the United States. In addition to his private sector roles, DeWalt is a committed public servant, serving four Administrations on the U.S. President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). He also acted as the former Vice Chair of CISA’s Cybersecurity Advisory Committee.
