Maria Teresa Arnal

Maria Teresa Arnal is an independent board director, technology executive, investor and ecosystem builder with 30 years of experience building and scaling global technology companies. Following senior executive roles at Microsoft, Google, Twitter and Stripe, she now serves on the boards of leading global companies across telecommunications, industrial, retail and financial services - including Millicom, Walmart Mexico and Central America, Orbia Corp and Bitso. She advises CEOs and high-growth businesses on technology, transformation and growth, and actively invests in venture capital funds and technology startups. A mentor with Endeavor for more than a decade, she has supported entrepreneurs across Latin America. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
