Guillermo Pepe is the Founder and CEO of Bolder, an AI integration and coordination layer for medical imaging that multiplies radiologist productivity across 208 clinics in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Argentina, with 194% year-over-year growth and zero churn. Bolder evolved from Mamotest, the first tele-mammography network in Latin America, which Guillermo founded in 2013 and led for 12 years, scaling early breast cancer detection to hundreds of thousands of women across public hospitals and private clinics in three countries. His work has been backed by Merck & Co, Johnson & Johnson Impact Ventures, and Philips Foundation, and recognized with the Zayed Sustainability Prize (Health, 2022), the World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer (2022), and the American College of Radiology's Global Humanitarian Award (2019).
He has been named to Bloomberg's LatAm Top 100 Innovators and Fast Company's 10 Most Innovative Companies in Latin America. A serial entrepreneur for over 25 years, he studied Business Economics at Universidad Di Tella (Argentina) and Università Bocconi (Italy), and completed FutureMed at Singularity University.
