Kaushik Chakraborty

Kaushik Chakraborty is Senior Vice President and Regional Executive for Asia Pacific at Bentley Systems, a global leader in infrastructure engineering software. He works with engineering firms, public agencies, and private asset owners across the region to deploy digital solutions that improve infrastructure project delivery and asset performance across the full lifecycle, from design and construction through operations.

He brings more than 28 years of experience in infrastructure technology and enterprise software across multiple industries including government, defense and emergency services, utilities, transportation, and geospatial. Before Bentley, he was Vice President at the Hexagon Group and held leadership roles at Intergraph and Leica Geosystems across Asia-Pacific and EMEA. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Based in Singapore and originally from India, he offers a regional perspective on the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and economic growth across Asia. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering and certificates in management and leadership.
