Cristina Teuscher swam on the United States National Team for eight years, and she won six National titles. She represented the USA in two Olympic Games (’96 and ’00), and won a Gold and Bronze medal. She captained the US Olympic Swim Team in Sydney in 2000 as well as the National Team for three years (1999-01). During her collegiate career at Columbia University, she never lost an individual race. She holds four NCAA titles, and is a former American and Olympic record holder. After retiring from swimming, Cristina worked in the Finance sector in NYC and London and Education Sector in London, Boston and New Haven. Her coaching experience spans over 34 years and draws from both the athletic and business worlds. In sport, she has coached beginners to national elite-level athletes.

In the business world, she has focused on coaching employees, mentoring managers, developing talent, managing conflict resolution and providing a sounding board for business owners. Currently, Cristina is a business owner, running her own Executive Coaching practice and one of the largest independent swim schools in the USA, along with her husband, Amerigo. Cristina holds a BA from Columbia University, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Coaching Certification from Columbia University.

Outside of work, she is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Cristina resides in Connecticut with her husband, their two children, Ophelia and Alighiero, and their German Shepherd puppy, Nova.
